Really horrible queue and order system. I ordered via the cashier, and not the kiosk. I was alright with queuing up, but after paying, I had to wait for 10 minutes at a congested spot with 10 orders backed up, while 9 staff members (including the manager) were scrambling around behind the counter like headless chickens. In the end, when my number came up, I went up to collect my food, and my burger still wasn't ready! 10 minutes of waiting, and burger still wasn't ready! What were you guys doing for 10 minutes? And you didn't even serve it to me directly at my table. I had to go collect it. I was eating alone. I had to ask a stranger to watch over my things, while I went to collect my burger. Why couldn't you have sent one of the few other workers who were not really wiping tables or cleaning, but chatting around with Filipino customers? And when I finally got my Aloha burger, it was a mess. Buns were not even toasted. Burger was piled up untidily. It was greasy and not seasoned properly. Like you didn't even care if I got my burger right. Seriously, if you guys don't even want to serve customers properly or provide good food, then just pack up and close shop.

Trying to figure out how a long running fast food joint can be so messy. Started with kiosk unable to print receipts - seems like a common issue as the counter staff was like "oh". Waited 15 min for my order, hearing the 2 Order numbers after mine called first. Realised there must be a mistake so approached the counter (thankfully I was paying attention right?). Service staff said "oh!"... My order was packed for takeaway. Handed to me without a word of apology. Fries were no longer fresh. 5 min later I realised, hold on, I added on an iced milo, and that wasn't passed to me! (now hold on, if I HAD taken it to go, doesn't that mean I would have left without what I paid for?) Went back to the counter to ask. Staff looked around, realised my iced milo was still on the drink dispenser shelf. Passed it to me without apology. The milo had become all watery. This is honestly ridiculous. And the chicken? I mean, it's ok, but what's the fuss? It's small with really little meat. It's not worth the price for sure.

I have order food and was just packing food stuff.

And the staff in novena 4pm 15/5 assume I am going to eat there. Excuse me, my hand is full and just packing nicely only. I know cannot eat cos __________. And the food they service is ______.

But they didn't even ask. Instead of asking kindly, they were rude and just assume thing. It not that I didn't order food. I was waiting for my number to be call 😒🙄😒

When I reach (number call alrdy), the food is not at the counter but put at the back. No wonder I cannot see. Need some time to walk there as well, but they quickly put at the back... Try to get the staff attention but...

Typical working lunch crowd in the afternoons, so no chance to eat in and must dabao. Food's great and it's usually okay but today I ordered with my friends and they screwed up my order? Basically we only realised that they shortchanged us two pcs of chicken for the 2-pc chicken meal (so I only got the drink and fries but paid $8.80) when we're back in the office already and I had to take my friend's share... I feel bad for eating into his lunch but he said it's okay. I understand mistakes like that do happen, but on our part we should also have checked while we're sill at the restaurant.

The staff was so blur today lol, took super long to pack and everyone was just waiting to collect their orders. Our order was even placed on the tray (eat in) when our receipt reflects as "takeaway".

Not going back there in a while. Or at least when it's damn crowded. Not going to let them pocket my lunch again.

I ordered spicy and before getting the order, I requested politely if can have thigh part. But they said NO REQUEST FOR SUNDAY. I got my order and they gave me original flavored chicken. To the lady wearing specs at the collection area, I hope you also check the orders before handing it out.

Jollibee Novena Management and services is very poor. Ordered serve were incomplete. Sizes or chicken are really not same or cur is very small.
I ordered 2 pc chicken joy with 2 side meal with rice but no rice given to us.

The cut of chicken is very small. Not worth the price

Quite nice but seems smaller portion than other fast food chain's. also the parts are not as meaty.
got two tubs of unknown sauce or gravy along with the chicken n fries. the coke zero tasted dilute than from bottle. wonder if they put ice cube in container to chill the drink. Overall good for a change.

Dissapointed with their quality of food. My chicken was underweight and cold when served. The meat was dry, full of bones and not crispy, and the standard was a far cry from when they first opened in Singapore. Though there was only one staff attending to the walk-in counter orders and collection, the staff was also looking at her phone, not paying attention when I walked up and stood in front of her to request for chilli. I'm certainly not going back to this outlet again.

Cheap and good! Quality of the chicken is fantastic with very juicy juice that flows out each bites and the taste for both original and spicy chicken are speechless! First time eating and I have to praise their effort to make it so delicious for us to enjoy a simple delicacy.
